Personal training gives you motivation to continue training. Some weeks it is hard to stay motivated. Amy has really kept me moving. She is very personable and knowledgeable. Her cheerful attitude makes the training time go quickly. Amy has been an inspiration. She is always cheerful and she pushes hard to get me to my goals, I have worked harder and feel great because of her.
