I've been working with Amy since May. My goal initially was to lose weight. So far I have lost 8 pounds. This is all down to Amy and her vast knowledge of fitness and nutrition guidance. During this time I have had a couple minor injuries to deal with and Amy was able to adjust my workouts. Looking forward to continuing to work with her in the future. Thanks Amy!
